Sure, you can add smart contracting to a privacy coin but that immediately weakens its privacy guarantees.

>All that matters if XMR will outperform BTC. If you hodl XMR and BTC outperforms, you are a retard who lost money due to opportunity cost as measured against index.

Yeah, see, the thing is I don't have faith in BTC's long-term viability so I'm not going to gamble on an obvious bubble.

>2) Unlawful activity and your pedo/drug markets are NOT larger than pension funds and financial institutions.

Pension funds and the like don't NEED crypto like the darknet NEEDS crypto, and they are certainly not going to invest in an obvious bubble.

>Therefore the money inflow to XMR will be LESS than in BTC.

I don't care, BTC is more likely to collapse due to shittier fundamentals.

>cleverly obfuscated BTC.

Never happening.

>also by your logic Bitcoin had better privacy than XMR or ZEC until recently because the majority of dnm volume was on btc

Lack of viable alternatives. When the DNM started BTC had 100% market share, as soon as other cryptos became available that started to drop, and now with Monero picking up speed BTC usage will drop even more until its eventually gone from the darknet.

>The DHS vetted it's efficacy, otherwise they wouldn't have given them a contract.

How about you make sure you know what you're talking about before posting, the contract didn't go to CipherTrace.

So much for their mad XMR tracing skillz.

>If the crypto bubble burst today, Monero would be one of the only cryptos to actually still be purchased because of use case.

Precisely. Most other crypto use cases have viable alternatives, payment for illegal goods and services on an online black market doesn't.

>PirateChain is much, much better

It it truly was better it would be replacing Monero on the darknet right now. Sorry.
