It doesn't make sense to me. I'm not sure what to say against without knowing the reason why someone would claim that. Unfortunately I think the people who would make that accusation would also base their accusation of other hypersexual people on twitter screenshots and assume that everyone is the same ("look at this tranny talking about sex non-stop, dildo dildo dragon dildo this is you"). I think in many people's case when they are a truly perverted hammer then everything they see is a nail so they accuse everyone and everything of being sexual because that's what they feel and project. It is certainly true that some people have a fetish for it, but given my disinterest in sex I don't really think it applies to me. I also tend to avoid mirrors and paying close attention to my body so I'm not sure what I would even get out of it if it was a fetish. I don't think it inherently applies to people who do like sex either though. Case basis as usual.

I generally don't engage with people who say things like it's a fetish or similar because it's kind of exhausting to justify your own existence all the time. More often than not I would just say I like to masturbate in the mirror to piss them off...
