I am a CS student in Spain but I have a house and a piece of land in a town that is 30 minutes from the nearest city in Portugal, the piece of land is not very big but I have a few olive trees and a few workers that I pay with olive oil so that they maintain and take care of the olive trees and the land, I take a small part of the olive oil and the house is big enough for a family to live in but it is very old, it belonged to my grandparents, later it became my father and now it's mine, I have 50k euros saved and I plan to finish my cs degree and do a degree in cybersecurity. The question is, should I stay here in Spain and buy a flat or house here or look for a job in Portugal and go live there, renovate the house and live in that town? The town is actually a village of 500 inhabitants. I was thinking of reforming the house as cheaply as possible and renting it on airbnb but I don't think anyone would rent it
