That is a 100% blowout to the shorts that they can not avoid and they KNOW it. The BBBY chads literally outflanked the shorts on this one and they could not muster the capital to prop up two total return swaps. The desperation to kill BBBY basically created the case to carry out a fraud lawsuit and the rest is history.
