Here is a simple test. Does the Stakenet team have legal advisors on their team that have worked with regulators? do they have a clear vision on how they are going to deal with the regulations that are going to coming out soon? If the answer is "yes" then I would invest.

If the answer is "no" then, like all other fucking exchanges, my answer is "no", stay away from it. This goes double if they are messing around with LN.
