Caution on following advice of those automated outlook scales. They operate by gauging short and long term trend, as well as simple checks on whether the price is above or below the simple moving averages of 20 days, 50 days, and 200 days. Below all three will spit out a big red BEARISH AS FUCK outlook. That's just how these things work.

For this reason, the automatic outlook thingies will frequently say bullish across the board at the peak of a parabolic move, and bearish across the board after a period spent in falling channel. They will always lag the price action and frequently indicate the opposite outlook of the short term probable reality. For instance, if you looked at the outlook for Tilray on the day of the peak at $300, it would have said bullish on all three time frames (it is now trading at $30).

Back on the topic of MO, it's true it has not broken bullish yet. However, there is reason to believe it is near the short term bottom. Closed at 44.30 today. Recent low was 43.07, January 24th, 2019 low was 42.40. Higher low over the January low OR double bottom at the January low are both possible.
