I had to spend $25k on a new Toyota Corolla, because I couldn't find a good used car. I'm financially ruined.

I'm conflicted. So my sister just bought a 1m house (she's a tech PM at a small company). In most circumstances, I'd be happy for her, but my parents told me that they are going to help her pay for it, not in cash, but with the payments. My parents aren't wealthy. For some reason this pisses me off that shes still leeching off my parents, but hey, my parents are adults. I'll admit I'm seething because I take pride in having become independent. I also worry about a situation where the things go south and I have to step in financially, for my parents, not my sister. Maybe I'm worrying too much. I duno.

Can someone help me figure out these financial feels?
