I WFH full-time for the past 4 or so years in software. Honestly, it's ideal for me since I'm reclusive and probably anti-social. I spend most of my time with my girlfriend, dog, and my 2 cats. My gf is not working currently which means she is home basically the entirety of my workday which is fine because she keeps quiet and does her own thing. I consider myself extremely fortunate.

Before fulltime WFH I was doing hybrid for 2-3 days in person. Didn't mind it, met great people and started my career, more or less, since i was in my early 20s (I'm 29 now).

If you don't do well with social isolation and being left to your own devices, you will not like it. Hybrid would be best then or full time in-person, if you're a normie.
