U really should not ask anons advice, everyone got something to shill here, bulls, bears all just state of they current position in markets...
Eth is shitshow desu, only superpower it haves it attracts brightest devs since 2015 and will continue to do so, and apparently its all it needs to win long term
There will be much better investments, in bull when everyone think something is to expensive like BTC or ETH all kinds of narratives are born and ppl buy everything that outperforms BTC or ETH, but as you seen i not good trader in long run nothing outperforms majors....
Dunno, if you lost 200k and don't feel comfy in crypto, maybe best advice is to stay out, and if you have time dive in ETH ecosystem and see if you find shit you like there
Security is non issue 99% in my mind no way USA gov gonna pick winners of top 2 crypto, and if it does (1%) well USA is not resto of the world
BTC, used to have a lot this is my first cycle that I'm alliin just ETH think its just better investment at this point in time
