the numerator (the total bitcoin supply) of stock/flow rises so slowly as to be barely noticeable
the denominator of stock/flow is
(sum from k=0 to k=365 of n_k)/365, where n_k is the flow on that day. Imagine that n_k can either be "1" (prehalving rate) or "0.5" (posthalving rate)
flow halves at some date j
so on day j-1, the denominator is 365/365
on day j+1, the denominator is 364/365. Because the denominator is smaller the overall s2f value is higher, but barely.
Keep adding days and that denominator shrinks gradually from 365/365 to 182.5/365, at which point the entire year's worth of half-flow dates are accounted for in the 365 day moving average and the graph stops climbing (until the next halving).
