Happened to me too a couple weeks ago, same response. I've been going on couple mile walks and doing 50 pushups a day, eating more vegetables and less carbs... not much but just that extra exercise has helped my mood and I'm down a couple pounds. I'd recommend it, friend. I still need to hit the gym and start lifting but this is a good start. Use this as a chance to change. Also remember money spent on women is money that could be in your stack, so whatever happens you're good.

Got a little Vietnamese gold, definitely a souvenir as the prices over there were pretty high but a worthy purchase. Next time I'm going to try getting a few bars out, just for the scarcity

Just got back from vacationing in Vietnam, took home a little gold as a souvenir. Really wish I had brought enough cash to buy a full oz. 1/10 ozt krug for scale
