ofcourse prices rise when rates go historical 1000 years lows, pension funds etc. seek returns they cant invest in government debt anymore with those rates you are looking either stacks or real estate then. however nothing goes up forever japan real estate increased 300% from 1985 to 91 then crashed 1991 - 2015. then tokyo slightly recovered and some areas are still totally empty

This is completely different situation than sub-prime. People are very confused it seems. Also people confuse dow and economy, employment etc. Real estate in usa has not recovered since 2008. You'll get fixed with 4%. In europe rates are still much lower, that is where real estate is red heated atm

somebody always lobbies a proxy war. the country and it citizens pays, but few companies make big buck easily. in the middle east oil companies fight each other ;) also now in usa military is the largest employer (with wal-mart :D) and nato also employs lots of people, these people like to have a tiny war. nuclear war they dont want tho.

desu hitler faced about 50 failed assasination attempts few years before his "death" and would have been killed most likely in a year or two anyways. that is often how maniac dictators end up. he pretty much was living in a bunkers seeing nobody because he was so afraid of getting assasinated. he did not calculate that before started invading or simply was a total maniac and didnt care

udow, leverage 3x, leverage style "daily resetting"

meaning it will go to zero if dow drops over 33% intraday. not over time.

etf daily resetting leverage is not SAME AS traditional leverage such as cfd leverage

Usa for example have very high average wealth per adult but very low median wealth per adult.

1% of population has 40% of the wealth. Bottom 90% has 20% of the wealth. This is steady decline and 1% is steady rising. However the money is not in some kind of money mcscrooges money bin it's invested in economy.

So this is always the result the majority of the wealth always ends up in few hands even if you try to redistribute it. If you force redistribution at 90%-100% tax levels money is not needed anymore and economy collapses as it goes against human nature then.

Technology advancement is the thing that keeps life quality and standard increasing over time. Here and there will be recessions and depressions but basically work hours get shorter each dedaced and life expectancy rises each decade passing by

it's a zero sum game, markets are never that easy. over half of btc accounts were made when price reached 7500, that means altcoins accounts majority are losers, prolly 80% of accounts are red currently. bitcoin might take a while to recover to even 15k, months, not a new thing. fundamentally btc is quite good, trading activity is currently bearish still.

same thing will happen with housing etc. it just longer time frame. zero sum, not as easy as money as people think.

It's absolutely ridiculous compare bubbles like these. Even the term bubble is an absolute joke, everything is bubble.

You have "tech bubble there" well how much nasdaq is now? 3 times it was at "bubble"? How about real estate, 3 times it was 10 years ago, during "bubble"...

I cant believe even people like roubini post shit like this on his twitter all the time, true monkey tier economics

problem with trend following is low win rate, sometimes even lower than 30% which is means a strategy is a doomed one. all odds are against you and your back test is based on luck if that low. it means the strat have been hitting the long runs enough to be profitable, but that low rate will result sooner or later disasterously long losing streaks, 10-30 trades in a row losing etc. it's then all about luck there is no edge in the strategy. some inexperienced people might say the big wins make up for the frequent losses, that is complete false

preferably over 70% win rate can be a winning
