It's like Ebay you see, you have a trust score associated with each data provider. If someone has a low score you don't trust him, if someone has a high score you trust him. It's only a problem with a new user really. After the new user provides a few data sets people can decide if they were good or bad and depending on what people vote he gets a trust score.
