yeah, it kinda looks like they never got beyond investigative stage tho. Either searching for a leak or checking the woodwork and didn't like what they saw. Its got a seperate side entrance (corner lot) on E Clinton St - seem to have been using part as a noffice - picrel. I'd be dubious about the state of some of the wood, judging by the steps. Its a great central location, library is across the street, home/office, Addams Family style - really like it. But at this price? I'd def. want to know how fucked up the substance is.
