You're right, it doesn't, it never was the point. If you're so seriously braindead that you think that money will buy you happiness then (YOU) are the problem. Money buys security, stability, the potential for planning and a lot of options so you can choose. It can buy freedom, not happiness. The point of it all is BALANCE, happiness comes from maintaining an equilibrium of all the things you need and want, you can make money, work out, sleep and eat well and maintain a healthy social life without having to die in the process,. I've seen tons of anons here lately obsessing over x.com, the crux decussatta shit and a lot of conspiracies and that's the problem. If you obsess so much about meaningless shit and lose so much time being terminally online you will never be happy.
Just invest when you need to invest and figure out a good way to plan your day in a way you can make everything you need to do.

the euro will die over germany's dead body. the problem is germany's government and economy are self-immolating more enthusiastically than a buddhist monk with very strong opinions on tibet. germany won't freeze but it will deindustrialize because it can't support it's huge export market without cheap russian hydro-carbons. also, they're projected to lose on green tech exports to chinese green tech, as china has a serious incentive to roll out and implement green tech due to wet bulb heatwave projections of north east china.
