Terapeak is a good research tool if you sell in high volumes. Gives you no bs price data for pretty long timescales. Used to not be into ebay, but now is. You likely don't need it. Also, a fair price is whatever you deem it to be. That's the point of selling.

Learn to write. I have no idea what your sentence means, but if mean the government shouldn't collect tax on your property, then fuck you. Waste management, fire response, and other forms of no-margin critical services in many places are funded by some or all of the taxes levied on property.
