Speaking of which, scrapanon, i need your help!
How do you value silverware with concrete-filled handles? Is there a rule of thumb you use like a third of the weight or do you go by your feeling?

For example, let say pic related is weighting 150g, and the handle + tip is in silver (or inversely), how much do you expect the filling to weight?

Same question with silverware in two parts, if the handle is in silver but the tip is in stainless steel, how do you estimate what % of the total weight is in silver?

Also, i wanna thank you a lot for motivating me to do this scrapfren. This is quite time consuming (especially for a newbie like me, and because french silverware literally have a bazillion of differents hallmarks, and most plated stuff have very similar hallmarks so it's really hard to tell on pics) but this is a lot of fun, and i already managed to score few items at 14€/oz, which to me is insane considering no coins/bars go below 29€ at this point.
