Anybody in the midwest? Shit is getting pretty hot right now in the market. I'm in Columbus, which has been growing but not at a meteoric rate, but I think we're finally getting Denverified. Houses are getting sold the moment they hit the market. There are hardly any multi-family units left in the $150-250k range where I found plenty a couple years ago.

People are buying and selling just to do it. A deluge of northeastern refugees coming to park their cash and possibly live here too.

Kind of sucks, I only got to buy one house and was looking to get another this fall. Might have to broaden my horizons and get something in Cincy or the Dayton suburbs.
