Ripple and Sologenic are practically the same, they are related to each other so any solo posting here is absolutely warranted. People in xsg should be thankful that smart Xrp holders also sometimes mention solo. Xsg would be dead without intellectual Xrp AND solo discussion.

I have been trying carnivore diet. Day 4 today and the runs have set in. Should have this for about 3 days and then body will have adjusted. Tbh I feel brilliant already, it’s crazy how much of an impact sugar, carbs and processed shit has on your body and mind. I’m feeling mentally clear it’s actually incredible
