Let's take a step back, why would they be preferred to legal migrants? Then maybe we can argue about them.

At min wage not, that's the issue, there isn't a shortage of people wanting to join the workforce, there's a shortage of people that want to work for min wage. Solution? It can't be increasing wages for shitjobs, white collar jobs are what's efficient so we would have to increase them even more, right?. So replace with people that will do that for less. Until people become inefficient, then we can sacrifice their unborns in the altar and trascend.
