Why do people on 4chuds hate landlords so much? Is just poorfag seething?

I sympathize with the fact that affordability is terrible. I think there are some fixes that could be done. But there seems a rising sentiment of "people shouldn't be able to own more than a couple houses".

This is commie shit that fucks with normal people who want to gain wealth. Large corporations are a problem, yes. Foreigners are a problem yes. But local dude who owns a handful of properties? Fuck off.

Some of us invest in tangible assets, like boomer rocks or real estate. I do not want to invest in the (((stock market))). Why shouldn't we encourage other /biz/ bros to become land chads?
