Just got to my planned 20k stack today. Now i want 25k, then 50k probably. Only bought, never swinged a single link.

Since 2017, when I started reading about its benefits I developed an habit for kefir. I drank it for all 2018 and still to these days. At the beginning it was like a glass of kefir every now and then, but now it has become something like 500ml every day, and I can’t stop. I really love that fermenting taste and the thought of bacteria doing their good things inside my body when I browse the internets, sleep or eat ice creams is a bliss.
I have faith in kefirans, they come to me in dreams to say they love me and all humanity that have faith in them, and that all will be ok.
TL;DR Drink kefir.
