well done /pmg/ger! Ebay? I don't want frog silver but that's exactly why you're getting a deal that will certainly profit you in the future. I want mercs because they're more recognizable, pretty much. Could be more useful in a SHTF scenario but you're more likely to make a profit.

I'm going to visit Vietnam later this year and I've been told the best way to get local currency is to trade in gold at one of their larger jewelry stores. Anyone done this before? I'm thinking I'd get a few 1/10 oz rounds or maybe 10gr bars, but I have no idea what they prefer over there. From what I can tell, there's basically two domestic bullion mints and most gold transactions are done with their products. Even if my plans don't work out now I want to get some vietnamese gold bars...
