how likely is it for this company to let me move from the UK to the US while still working for them

Sup goys.

I'll be doing an internship in an equity research type role in pic related's PWM division this summer.
What is the overall consensus here regarding this company's reputation and PWM's reputation in general?
Would this internship serve well to move into IB when I apply for full time roles?
