im starting to think this is his powerplay. he's going to ignore all signs of doing anything about CVD and just bankrupt all the banks taht he owes money to. its becoming more and more evident. first he wanted negative rates so he could refinance his debt at lower percentages, now its clear hes not going to do anything because he understands the banks are fucked.
