There will never be another large stock market crash.

Crashes are caused by emotion. Panicked investors sell, causing more selling which escalates until there are no more sellers left in the market. However, there have been enough market crashes in history to see that statistically speaking you are better off leaving money in the market, and in fact continue to invest as normal, this is not a controversial opinion.

Not only this, but most large firms are extensively using AI and algorithms to determine weighting and positions, these are not beholden to emotion like people were in 1989 and 2000.

That was a special case brought on by outside factors, also the market was being heavily manipulated by world governments.

Retail boomer investors will pull out at the first sign of weakness, but the educated investor and the real money makers will be buying every available dip. Small corrections are still likely as overvalued, overweight stocks get dumped when people realize the jig is up. But the idea of a massive, bottomed out crash happening again is unlikely, unless there is enormous outside influence.
