A few weeks ago when shot up from mid 4.00s to 8.80 and then dumped back to 6.50. The panic-sellers got JUST'd and the hodlers weathered it. Or hell, zoom out and look at how the march dip barely registers as a blip now. Oh, but surely THIS will be the time link goes to zero, right? Come on now.

Link is not an isolated thing and you have to look at the crypto market as a whole. We're just getting started with this bull run. There's not going to be any JUSTing of hodlers until all crypto has a blow-off-top ala january 2018, and that won't be until next year at the earliest.

If a landlord had all of his properties bust a pipe and get overwhelmed in water damage all at once, it would be on him to have the available funds to cover repairs for that immediately. "I can't do that right now" would not be an acceptable excuse for tenants now living in an uninhabitable mess.

Just like "I didn't have the foresight to save even ONE MONTH'S RENT ahead of time" isn't an excuse. We can start talking about "rent relief" in May or June but the fact that people already can't afford April is pathetic, if they refuse to pay they deserve to have that stamped onto their credit.

Otherwise you're saying the landlord has to eat the cost himself, which is false. Rent is an arrangement, not charity.
