They need people to once again setup hotspots, but this time 5g hotspots. They are awarding these people with (mobile) tokens. They say in their documents that they are going to prop this price up to motivate this network build out.

Not only that, but people that opt in to share their location data will get awarded in the (mobile) token.
They have to keep the price up to motive people to do this.
You can also use the earned tokens to get free cell phone months.

This is going to run to $5b+ marketcap because thats what helium (hnt) did during the exact same setup.

Its already $600m mcap. But its going to $5b+.
It has to or their network will not get built.

People wont sign up for plan if the earnings are low.
