Make 120k a year, take home is like 6k a month, have 1 baby, 1 more on the way. Either have my wife go to work and pay some sheboon to raise my kids or have her stay home. Just get her a new palaside, lowest trim for safety and for the kids. Now with me being sole income, 2k for house, 700 for car and insurance, drive a 10 year old dodge dart, 600 a month for student, all other bullshit that adds up, have like 300 dollars at the end of each week to spend how I want it. Working 60hours a week. Life does suck doesn't, 30 years old, 35 more to go.

Ya no. Government should be funding for generations to be educated, not slave them to debt for decades that cannot be lost in bankruptcy. People are literally not buying houses or having kids because of student loan debt and it's not just oh art degrees. Shits going on in medicine to, its not even worth becoming a pharmacist, 250k in debt with a salary of 130. Primary care physician is barely worth it. It's a whole fucked up system and you have retards like you then saying nah its fine.
I get where your coming from, but it's not the same as a car loan, a house loan, or other debt. There are people now retiring with student loan debt because federal loan interest on these loans outpaces the payments. Most people are paying their loans (before the pause) but each month the bill just get higher. People have paid there loans off fully and still owe more than the original balance after 10 years. So fuck you.

Suburbs of Chicago, there's new construction that's about 450-500k on average, these are cheap shifty homes, and they just raised the price by 2k this week. These houses are worth 350k max, 3 he'd 3 bath homes, 2400sqft for half a fucking million dollars. Are new constructions companies gonna start dropping prices soon?

Considering 85 years that is 31025 days. One thousand above 30k days. What a life, nothing more then a speck of dust. Not even 100k, much less one mil. Kek. Pathetic.
