Here is an ACTUAL good house in WV. This is in Welch - McDowell County (the poorest county in America) but its an actual, livable house that could feasibly used without fixing it up.

If you have a fully-remote job with zero risk of RTO, this is actually a decent option. There's actually a hospital in this town too but don't be upset when the quality of care is awful.

The town it's in seems pretty decent if not run down though. And 85% white.

Not my first choice but actually not a terrible option.
