Mass producing it is the actual difficult. Logistics, distribution, sales, supply chain to get hundreds of thousands of these on top of rooftops isn't easy. They're looking at buying out production space for these and other things.

$5 FPGA chips are another thing though. This shit is going to be so cheap and so effective it will make your head spin.
