What other coin stirs up so much hate than chainlink? Think about it, why are there dedicated threads telling people how bad of an investment this is? If you browse this board often then you'll see copy pasta about how terrible chainlink is. Why spend so much of your free time talking about a shitty project? Hours of your life arguing with others about the investment. Any real shitcoin will usually have a general that eventually dies and withers away. Remember req, neo, or even rubic? How about all the dogshit coins promising generational wealth? No one talks about them, eventually shitcoins are never to be seen again on this board. If you know why there are people fudding like crazy than it all makes sense.

I hear this a lot but no recognition of the fact that much of this was known to be supposition, guesswork done during the pitch black days of 2018-19, while the team was burrowed away in near silence. If you wanted any kind of alpha then you had to work for it and accept you'd have to theorise and experiment.

It's harsh to say that because not all rabbitholes led somewhere the project is finished, but more importantly it's foolish to say that projections about CL's industry relevance were wrong. Oracle, Libra, Consensys, Blythe Masters were optimistic breadcrumbs trails followed in the dark with varying probabilities of materialising (the Blythe stuff was considered pretty fringe at the time). Deutsche Telekom, AP, SWIFT, Eric Schmidt exist in the open light of day now, among a great deal else.

I'm not one of the anons who will tell you I know a LINK price explosion is coming, and admit I was surprised by performance from August 2020 to date, but that's the truth.
