Why didn't people sell a part of their stack near the 20$? That was the most obvious peak I've ever seen. I was verbally crucified for pointing that out. Bought more myself now at 13$.

Not really, though the vast majority of people graduating from universities with computer science degrees are unable to do anything more than hello world in Java because of all the retarded shit they make you take like calculus and history.

I had coded a shitty Java applet game and that gave me the skill set to pass an engineering test they use to filter through applicants.

Hello, it's me again. I'm offering a $50 bounty in ETH or USD (through PayPal) for anyone who can disprove my proof:

https://www.reddit.com/r/learnmath/comments/7y23dm/revised_final_p_np_attempt/

You can also post a reply here with criticism and an ETH or PayPal address.

I'm finally entering the market with $5000. I have some offers in for ETH around $830. Once that fills, what tokens should I buy? Only tokens on the ETH chain please, since any other chains are basically just like someone spinning up a "competing" version of the internet, which is silly.

Statement

S1. For some set A and some polynomial time function B, it is impossible to find, in polynomial time, that there exists some subset x of A such that x has the property of B(x) being true.

Axioms

A1. A transitive relationship on some element property must exist between elements of a set to search that set by that property in less than O(n) time. In other words, you can’t search an unsorted set without checking every element. That's like finding a person with a green shirt in a line without iterating over the line. Now, if the line is sorted, that's completely different.

A2. Power sets are defined and constructed by index and element properties are ignored in construction. This is from the definition of a power set in the ZFC axioms. In other words, some power sets can't be constructed in a way such that they're already sorted by some element property without first constructing them then sorting them after.

A3. Power sets are exponential in size. Specifically, the power set of A has a length of 2 ^ (A's length).

A4. Finding subset x of set A such that x has the property of B(x) being true is the same as searching the power set of A for element x such that B(x) is true.

Proof

P1. A2 and A3 imply that some power sets are not sorted (since specific element properties are ignored in construction) and can’t be sorted in polynomial time.

P2. P1, A1, and A4 imply that some power sets can’t be searched in polynomial time.

P3. P2 implies S1.

Note: this proves P ≠ NP. This is because B(x) would be the certificate that you can check in polynomial time, and searching the power set of A would be the superpolynomial task. Both A and B can be passed in as binary strings then compiled in polynomial time, so types aren't an issue here.

Is short selling priced normally? example buying a stock @ $10 and it turning into $100 vs shorting a stock @$100 and selling when it hits $10. Is the profit the same?

QE is what pumped the markets. Trump gets in, and they almost immediately change policy to start reversing QE, almost certainly because low population growth means immigration is basically required to sustain the current pyramid scheme.

They definitely have the motive and ability, and it looks like they're doing just that.

Though regardless if you look at the TA it's a classic meme bubble graph and I don't see that lasting another 3 or 4 years.

i'm thinking $5k to $10k is very realistic

what i'm more interested in is the 2020s post sharding. it will be the only fully decentralized coin with unbounded tps (things like ripple are only fast because of a small number of centralized nodes)
