Study their site, their content, is their product actually good? What are their gaps in their social media presence, their SEO, site structure. I want to move to Poortugal while working remotely for a USA based company. Companies don’t like you doing this for liability reasons, but the company isn’t the real issue here. Mainly, I don’t want to get fucking destroyed by Portuguese tax services.

Would I be able to file Portuguese taxes without letting the company I work for know that I’m not in the USA? The inverse seems too risky.
