Throwing my two cents into this thread

>Be me
>Surveyor/GIS Tech
>Apply for position with larger company
>solid application, interview with Ops Mngr and my direct supervisor.
>Goes well and he’s enthusiastic about bringing me on board.
>Gives me a number 20% higher than what I’m already making. No brainer
>Handshake agreement pending official offer.
Fast Forward a Week
>Receive terse email with attached offer letter from shrewish HR harpy.
>Offer is for 20% less than discussed
>ie. what I make right now.
>reply with WTF
>Harpy looks down her nose and tells me I should be grateful, they had to bend rules and she didn’t approve but they “dug deep” and got me this. She wanted to offer me -20% what I make now.
>Get slightly emotional at this point but remain professional
>Decline the offer, and wish them well in filling the role, given that their offer is below market average, and they’re not communicating truthfully to candidates
>Position continues to be advertised
>after a year I reapply for shits and giggles
>immediate response from HR harpy;
>”The position has been filled.”
>gets reposted every month for another year
>it’s still up now

I have no sympathies. These companies are either penny penching idiots going down with the ship, or else they’re completely cucked to HR harpy types who turn them into rotten corporate gynocracies. Either way it’s a huge red flag - for the companies, for the economy, and for society.

Pull up your bootstraps and do better lil buckco if you want to EARN a (You)

1980 median US house price was $47k, adjusted for inflation that's $174k. Median salary $22k adjusted for inflation is $81k.
So 15-20% on $174k mortgage with $81k salary, lol tier compared to 8% on a minimum $500k mortgage with $56k median salary today

Just to put in perspective, amortization for 1980 would be $557k in interest over 30yr mortgage at 15% and 10% down payment of $17.4k. $714k total loan. $2,161 a month. Salary? Median of $6,750 a month before taxes. 3:1 salary/payment.

Today it's $788k interest, 30yr with 4% $20k down payment.
Total $1.27million, $3,900 a month. Salary? Median of $4,600 a month before taxes. 1.2:1 salary/payment
And that's 8%, we're going higher

And for the sake of this public record:

I hereby declare that I do not give my permission for any living being to manipulate or cause harm to my body, mind or soul.

I do not consent to any act of coercion offered by any party public or private, including decrees, demands, ultimatums, entrapments, or laws/rules declared absent participatory public debate. I will follow the natural laws of my society, as did my father and his father before him. I will scorn the insulting bureaucracy and rule-by-decree of our Political Class.

I will advocate for the separation of Culture and State. I will point and laugh at those who designate themselves "Lawmakers" in the media they control. I understand that digital access to global markets will set me free from those who seek power over my life.

I have not, do not and will not participate in the the elite's "Great Reset" or "4th Industrial Revolution" pageantry, though I have a duty to remain informed about what happens in our world.

Harassment directed towards my person, my property or my voice by any party is an attack against the Vox Populi, which is sacred to our civilization and must be defended.

I don't consent to:

-Digital IDs controlled by third parties
-Forced Vaccinations
-Vaccine passports
-A cashless society or its digital equivalent
-Attacks against free cryptocurrencies
-Demonetization
-Social Credit Scores
-FATF regulations used as sword instead of shield
-Civil forfeiture
-Taxation for services I do not use
-Regulations that stifle the free enterprise of free people
-Mandatory quarantines of healthy people
-Mandatory voting

ALL CONSENT IS REMOVED; I WILL NOT VOTE AND GIVE MY IMPLICIT CONSENT TO THE POLITICAL CLASS AND THEIR SYSTEM. I DO NOT CONSENT TO BEING GOVERNED SAVE BY THE WILL OF MY OWN CLEAN CONSCIENCE IN THIS WORLD.

ALL KARMA SHALL FALL AGAINST THOSE WHO VIOLATE MY CONSENT; GOD SEES ALL VIA THE INTERNET OF THINGS MAN HAS CREATED.

>Fixed monthly amount to spend
How do I manage to buy new projects and also DCA into existing positions? I'm always tempted to buy new projects instead of increasing my stake in my largest holdings and end up spending most of my monthly DCA amount buying new projects. How do you guys do it? Should I use maybe 75% of my monthly amount to proportionally increase my portfolio and spend 25% on new projects?

honestly its always been that way. the main difference now is that over 3 quarters of your wealth is stolen from you. also the community itself has been destroyed, people dislike eachother due to forced diversity, but also boomers were subjected to "hate your neighbour" brainwashing because of psyops like poison halloween candy and cia operated serial killer/pedo rings. this causes peopel to only trust the government and big corporations. why would a boomer hire their neighbour's kid when they can pay for some insured gardening service that sends an immigrant slave to mow their lawn instead?
