As to your question about transaction fees..
LTO does 100K transactions per day,
Every transaction has 0.1 LTO burn and 0.25 goes to staking rewards. These are subject to change in the future tho to keep it affordable to clients as price goes up.
LTO does the same revenue as VET yet it is 1/15 the price. The price realization move here is going to be fucking insane.
