they cannot just print more tokens , the supply is fully circulating , when it will switch to main net, you will be able to stake your coins and get rewarded , but everybody who stakes will get the same reward, so inflation will be distributed to token stakers, its the same way as cosmos works and all other major pos system included ethereum
