Haven't kept up with snap news, but as of the 1st er after ipo there were alot of issues. Stockholders can't vote. Management almost able to unload shares (theres a certain ammount of time that has to pass b4 stockholders can start selling after ipo). Faceapp and 50 other apps do pretty much the same thing as snapchat does. Facebook stealing ideas like fb do. Needed to move hq. Not alot of room for advertisements (like twitter).

Maybe ppl moving their money over? I too have been looking for entrance for a long position but might wait until earnings Aug 10 after the last one cucked me
