So what? If you bought a "plot of land" in Scotland because someone told you it would make you a Lord, that doesn't affect your life in any way.

Spending money on a tiny patch of dirt in Scotland so that you can call yourself a Lord would always be a waste of money, even if it was real. It's a joke.

No one was ever going to do that.

Who cares?

I do think it's fair to say that the company ran misleading advertisements, but it's also not that big a deal. The only reason that people are talking about it is that the guy who made the video decided to drag a bunch of YouTubers who are more popular than him for the crime of reading an advertisement.
