there are quite a few decent options, ask on beoble or discord. Currently many altcoins have potential and you can always resort to betting in the world of third layer shitcoins.

Any other buy and hold Bitcoin investors considering switching over to one of the ETFs? I want to give them some time to settle, but being able to avoid exchange/transaction fees and costs and only having to deal with the comparatively tiny expenses for the ETF would be a game changer.

I would miss owning physical BTC but at the end of the day my intention isn't to use it, usually.

naive and have no real knowledge outside of their narrow expertise. this anon doesn't know that pm's work in other industries, and that it is a necessary role for any work to get accomplished. he probably hasn't realized that the pm is responsible for delivering the product within schedule and on budget, and is likely pressured by the salesman and managers who overpromised. the pm is trying to get all of those "work 2hrs a day remote" coders you always hear about to do actual work, and now anon harbors resentment.

The truth is they shouldn't be walled behind dumb ass regulations at all. They're objectively better than caffeine, and we're all hooked on that garbage. I don't care if junkie personalities abuse them. They elevate life.

I would start posting cherrypicked urban shit but I don't need to. It speaks for itself. An endless morass of crime, homeless people, degeneracy, and ridiculously overpriced property. You will live in the pod, you will eat bugs, you will pay your mug tax (and that's a good thing).

>>54448515

You're pretty behind the curve. With the rise of wfh/hybrid the system is decentralizing. Commercial RE in urban areas is suffering big time as people disperse for cheaper cost of living areas out in suburban/rural places. I'm literally one of those people.

It is the year 2023 and you don't have to force yourself to live in an overcrowded, overly violent nigger ridden shithole anymore. You can pick your landing spot.

The easiest way to early retirement maxx in the US:

>pick a good field like IT or medicine
>find a low CoL area that still offers decent pay, if you're remote this is way easier as you can just get a high paying coastal job and work in cheap middle America
>buy a small house or condo in an appreciating area to make your living space an investment too
>live humbly: cheap car, low travel, make most of your own meals
>dump literally everything you make after expenses into 2x leveraged total market ETFs, crypto, and real estate
>functionally retire at like age 35

I'm doing this but in a more delayed fashion since I'm going for the wife + kids route too and women/children are gains goblins even if you budget well

yea, i was in the same position as you after a business management degree. ill get my PMP soon and look for remote PM jobs or something. it's not a bad niche, since projects are being completed in every industry. look for an industry that sounds interesting to you and find project coordinator, project administrator, etc. positions. this path has potential to go well over 6 figures.
