Moving to "fucking mars" is the most pragmatic humanistic goal one can have because it's massively augmenting the chances of our species surviving the next centuries.

Redpill: the poorest part of the world are the poorest because of the people living there, not some magic curse or wypipos evil scheming.
The West has built entire infrastructures during the colonial eras and everything fell in ruins the moment europeans left (or see what happened to Zimbabwe more recently) and flooded them with money during the last decades with close to no effect on development (only a potentially catastrophic demographic boom).
The populations there simply don't have the IQ required to build and maintain modern techno industrial society.
