The inflation in Europe will look insanely good from now on because of base effects. Since inflation was skyhigh last year, a medium-high inflationary rate will appear way more subdued. I hope you loaded up on calls. I wouldn't dare to short any of the indices right about now.
Consoooomers will love this and will keep consooming. I love that they keep asking me "inflation is going down but why aren't things getting cheaper?"
These people hold good jobs and have families. I don't get it...
