Hmm. I guess one of the things I always try to tell newbies is to always stay diversified. I see a lot of people here constantly suggest going all-in into shitcoins and whatnot, but I very much disagree with that. From the very start I've always stayed diversified and always keep a large chunk of my holdings in blue chip coins.

I don't know, I've stopped using Twitter to discover coins now and honestly just use /biz/ almost exclusively at this point. Sometimes I like going into top holders of tokens I like on ETH and look at what other stuff they like and occasionally find things, but that's about it. I've just become good at filtering the trash posted here and picking up on valuable posts, I think.

Personally I'm in Merck and UNH. I keep hearing more and more about UNH, and I wish I would've bought more, it's run up 12% since I bought.

Pharma's are a little more risky, as Trump has declared that he wants to crack down drug pricing. I still think Merck is a good one to bet on, as their cancer drug Keytruda has been doing very well.

So, I'm in those two and want more, but even though UNH is still about where it was Dec 31st, they feel too expensive. I'm going to hope Bernie uses his magic to make them cheaper again.

ANTM is probably as good as UNH, give or take.
PFE is probably as good as Merck, more or less.

Still, I'm basically a retarded, so I'm not sure if I should be giving advice. You should know that there are people in /smg/ who like giving bad advice though. I mean, that's true for all of 4channel and much of the internet.
