When MOASS kicks in it's in everyone's best interest to not sell at all ever, just like how it already is right now. The more people don't sell the higher the price goes. If someone tries to tell you about how they just want you to be able to sell as quickly as possible, they are not a friend. This is especially so if their concern is about millisecond level delays in selling time. MOASS won't be over in under a second. Also keep in mind that almost certainly the real payout from this will be the dividends that continue to be paid out for the life of the company, in which case it is also in your best interest to not sell ever.
