Same boat, started when I was 16, smoked until 21, quit for 5 years then did it on and off until about a year ago.

Things I’ve learned:

Don’t use concentrates
Don’t combust (buy a high quality volcano)
Only use flower
Use medicinal quantities (only one puff)
Only use once or twice a month at most

Wait until your 30 for your brain to completely form. I’ve probably lost 10 IQ points from using it too early in life. Only adults over 30 should use it, and you should grow it yourself. Don’t support the commercial cannabis industry, it is run by Juden. Do it in secret so your kids never find out.
