My opinion is give it until the end of the year. At that point if you're not happy with where the project is at, go ahead and sell

No, just basing my prediction on the last 2 cycles
1st cycle peaked at 15 cents
2nd cycle peaked at 45 cents
I can see the 3rd cycle going as high as 90 cents. I think $1 will have too much resistance at that point, so it won't break that yet
We'll likely have to wait until the 4th cycle to see prices over $1. That could come as early as December, but may actually be in January 2021
