This means that there's very little chance of market price discovery actually happening because the gangsters run the country. We will have a similar situation to Argentina where the price of metals will be worth more on the public market than the corporation's metal market. IIRC there was a similar situation that happened in the 60's here where gold could be sold for more on mainland Europe and then that currency exchanged back into GBP which resulted in the UK government implemented capital controls.
