Checked and yeah. It's kinda sad, and reminds me of the supervillain in Watchemen who started dying of cancer and just couldn't actually pose a threat anymore.
Plenty of people in the West were unironically rooting for Russia to Gulf War Ukraine and show what a modern military can do in this century, but they came out with last era's toys and soldiers that didn't know what the fuck they were supposed to do.
