yeah i think usually a governance structure and a financial structure, tied together. a lot of DAOs have issues related to whales doing typical whale bullshit but perhaps we could come up with some clever ways to get around persnickety issues of self-interest by building the solutions into the architecture of the platform, maybe related to the incentive structure connecting the governance and economic sections.

the fact that these same problems have been holding humanity back throughout all of human history (tragedy of the commons, prisoners dilemma etc) shouldn't scare us off.

we'll make a schizo guild...maybe each citadel can have a theme. one for fringe scientific research, one for a library of sacred texts, one as a hospital, one as the religious center...
