What would you do?

So I have 2 job offers.
Job 1
>Customer support for software company
>48k and they only pay half of my premium for healthcare
>Fully remote, don't gotta do a thing for commute
>If I accept I start this monday
>not as technical and demanding, basically just help troubleshoot software issues for customers
>could probably get a 2nd WFH job

Job 2
>Tier 2 IT at a hospital
>58k + full benefits
>commute is 20ish minutes by car, and i don't have car yet so I'd have to buy one eventually
>I had already accepted their offer and was supposed to start this week but due to some hold up with my background check, I likely wouldn't start till the 10th of april and their communication has been dog shit
>better benefits, better qualifications that could lead to better opportunities and better pay, but not WFH and much more technically and physically demanding

I also have a daughter on the way, WFH means I could spend more time with her. Cost of living here isn't crazy so I can do fine with 48k, but the main plan is that I could try to get another WFH job and work them simultaneously and almost double my income. But this isn't guaranteed and could jeopardize my original position. I'm seriously on the fence about it. What should I do?
